PT Heaven Chemical Indonesia adalah Perusahaan pembuat Sabun/ Detergent (Personal Care & Household) Ternama di Surabaya membutuhkan tenaga kerja untuk posisi sebagai berikut :

R & D Supervisor (R&D S)

Gresik (Jawa Timur) 

Responsibilities:

Reporting direct to Director, Manufacturing and responsible in managing R&D department as research and development improving existing and new product, product increment quality, and product added value. Develop the improvement and productivity R&D performance.

Requirements:

•    Male / Female with max ages of 35 yrs old
•    Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering &
•    Pharmacist with min GPA : 3.0 (in a scale of 4)
•    Experienced in Household Products / Cleaners / Cosmetics
•    industry min. 2 years with the same position
•    Has to know about PKRT / CPKB
•    Should be analytical, detail, independent and able to take initiative.
•    Highly result – oriented.
•    Able to work in Under Pressure Situation
•    Fluent in English both oral and written, min Pasif
•    Has a good communication & interpersonal skills
•    Willing to be placed in Gresik, Jawa Timur
